Our Mission Statement:
“To improve the quality of life for the people of Venango County by coordinating a community-wide voluntary fundraising campaign and distributing the resources to meet both current and emerging human service needs of our Community Partners.”

Our Bold Goal:
“Reducing the number of people struggling to meet Health, Education and Income needs by 3,000 Venango County residents before 2025.”

The quality of United Way of Venango County’s Board, Staff, Partners and Programs are all key in our efforts to serve the residents of our communities.
Our organization is lead by a dedicated Board of local individuals who are experienced leaders from throughout Venango County. They bring valuable connections and skills to United Way that ensure a strong organization. See our list of those currently serving by visiting our Board of Directors page.
We have three goals at United Way: Health, Education, and Income. These goals have the greatest impact on our community and are the focus of our services. Learn more about these goals and the programs that address the associated needs in our residents by visiting our Community Impact page.
The United Way is based on partnerships with other organizations. Together we make a coordinated effort to meet the needs of our residents and we are able to achieve more through these partnerships.

Our staff is small, but mighty! Their dedication to United Way’s mission and serving the community is strong, and their skills keep operations running smoothly. See our Staff page for their contact information.
